Refund and Cancellation Policy

All our products are exclusively designed keeping in mind the requirements of a Karate Athlete.

All the accessories, apparels, equipment’s, dietary supplements are totally connected with the requirement of your day to day practise.

So if at any time our product does not suits you, we will take it back.

We back everything with a 7-day Return policy.

1. We prefer to receive our products back in their original condition, unused and in their original packing.

1. In case of Manufacturing defects, we take complete responsibility to take it back, No questions asked.

   PLEASE NOTE: UKPL team reserve the right to accept or refuse the return and will choose the adapted solution (exchange, partial or full refund)

1. Upon receiving the order, mark a mail to the mail id mentioned on our site, info@ukl.world
2. Mention the items you wish to return and reason for return
3. The product would be picked within 4-5 business days.

Write to info@ukl.world with order id, products being returned, along with valid tracking id & courier name with which order is being shipped.

Without these details we won’t be able to take the action on your return.

Note: Enclose product(s) and package up securely. Please include a note stating your order number, name, contact details, reason for return.

Refund will be initiated within 24 hrs from when the product has been received. You should get a email confirmation that the refund has been initiated.

Within 7-10 business days from the date of initiating a refund, you should receive a refund via the initial method of payment used to place the order.
